I wonder what Nagma was doing with a certain Indian Cricketer

Back to Back failures of Sachin is hurting India. Pressure of getting dropped will be huge for the little master, if he continues his current form (not converting the good starts into big total barring the last two matches)

So far the current pair has done well for their partnership of 35 runs in 7 overs. Hope they get this carried to 75+ runs min

If India lost this match, is it a compulsory win for the remaining two or how it works

With Sehwag breathing his neck, its little master's own doing - lack of concentration or may be he is missing his age-mates . The team cannot afford a free rider for long.

Yes - so very nicely balanced that one of them had to plead through a cola commercial to come back

List of oldies & their problems:

1. Ganguly - his superb off side touch masked all his weakness. When the touch wore off, he was a sitting duck. No idea how many comebacks he had made. When he was captain, he couldn't he dropped - he was virtually a non-playing captain. Recall the Ganguly jokes doing around (Ganguly Jokes). When he lost his captaincy, he lost his place.

2. Dravid - a good test player and an average ODI player. He almost lost his place in ODI, but saved himself by donning the wicket keeper's gloves. After becoming a captain, he improved but not good enough.

3. Laxman - perfect test player but never an ODI player. No contention.

Dravid & Laxman never understood the ODI games, never ran singles, never quite found the gaps while batting.

Atleast the lad made 24, unlike the oldie who, without adding a run is warming the seat in the dressing room.

Whats this oldie versus youngsters. I would be happy just to see India win even if it means playing Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Do you live on this planet? No, I think you are a Martian. Why did they take him back again?

Actually he was saved by Ganguly & his insistence that Dravid shouldn't be dropped. And Dravid repayed the favour by conspiring with Chappell to drop Ganguly the minute he became Captain

I heartily agree with that though - if only they did win

Which oldie are you talking about here? The one that you mentioned a little while earlier today? -

Man, we don't need to buy the book or watch the movie, we have a living example of Dr Jekyll & Mr Hide right here on the forum. Lol. Lol

Ohhh...24. It might be a good enough score for you. And who is the oldie you are talking about?

Thats still a mystery. There was no factor favoring him - his domestic performance was average. May be some behind scene activities, suitcases, which ordinary mortals can't workout.

The greatest batsman of the world, who always receives the greatest delivery. FYI, 24 is greater than 0.
