I think these are all illegal! And, why are you doing just 11kmph in your civic??

Yeah, they are not legal as per law, but nice to know some crazy stuff that people use. I guess it is their of way getting kicks.

The new trend is getting the IND type punch plates with slogans, expletives of your choice! Talk about wasting money.

this vehicle may have been bought into the country where the law allows them to use the foreign plate in India for some period of time.

In delhi, these other language plates are very rare. And if at all, they are on UP or HR cars.

But when I see a Delhi car with unreadable italics Hindi plate, I just stay away for it... maybe he's underworld or something

Sometime back when in hyderabad.i saw many vehicles with Telangana plates,some even had them in telgu...
