It is a very spacious showroom and right in the middle of the CBD. Hopefully they make some good business. Very keen on finding out where they will put up their service camp.

Would be keen to watch if HD react and move onto a different location albeit bigger.

I was told that they are going to use part of the "spacious premises" itself as Service section (with body wash outsourced). The modern service stations are not at all as messy as they used to be in the past and I think at least until numbers build up, they will be able to get away with the SS being located in the same premises

Best Regards & Ride safe

Yeah like HD having their service right in the same building. it would make sense for triumph to have a state of the art service station right there and customers sure would love that! The sales, the service, everything in one place. Any issues (god forbid), they can talk to the management right there.

@ Mahesh: "Would be keen to watch if HD react and move onto a different location albeit bigger" - Why would they need that? Isn't it better to be closer to the competition?

Hi All,

Did anyone try to contact (in case there is a number or a person)? I guess they have work on there hands till the showroom becomes customer friendly, it still has the Mitsubishi remains. Sign of times, Mitsubishi showroom replaced by Triumph, I can't be more thrilled

Thanks volkman - but I am not sure how updated the information is.

about pricing and -- about location of their plant -- "their upcoming assembly plant in Narasapura, Bangalore." -- Someone I know from the automobile line had told me that they have shifted base to Bidadi (near Toyota plant)

anyone know about it? Mahesh sir?

Triumph Chennai dealership appointment is in process as well. Mostly will be located in the Force SUV division showroom. (Half of it actually)

So finally the site is up

http://www.triumphmotorcycles.in/

These are the bikes on the list on the site. No prices mentioned as yet. And when you click on "Test Ride" it goes to the UK site.

Was surprised to see their service intervals being 10000 kms not sure how much is it for the HD or others. My FZ requires a service once in 5000 kms.

The warranty also seems to be a first in this part of motorcycles with 12 months unlimited warranty.

Harley's service interval is 8000kms (5000mi) and they offer a 2 year unlimited warranty.

Ahhh Not bad either Mate, looks like HD might have upped their game compared to what i was told 2 1/2 years ago. Service intervals does look good as well.

As far as I know, the 2 year unlimited km warranty and the 8k kms service intervals are the same since HD's launch in India. The service network may have improved since as any company launching in India will have initial teething issues. Same will be the case with Triumph.

On a related note, I am waiting to hear the exhaust note of the Triples...
