Yes, that's a "Puig" double bubble racing screen.

Its a May 06 model.

How can one know the difference between the two years? As far as I know, the 05 and 06 bikes are exactly the same, only difference being the color scheme.

I know mine is a May 06 because of the VIN no. on it

I know mine is a May 06 because of the VIN no. on it

Look on the brake or clutch hose. It will have a date like 03/06(month & year). The hose is usually manufactured before the bike is put together.

While returning back from Andheri,i spotted a YELLOW! '09 Zx-10R.
Looked fantastic inspite the unusual colour.

Nice bikes. Personally dont like the R6s mini exhaust.
The Devil exhaust on the R1 must be menacing

It can't be an '09. It must be the '08 Orange colour as there is no Yellow.

The R6's stock pipe is quite loud. The Devil sounds awesome.

@Straight 6:that's exactly what even i thought,i recollected checking the orange colour as one of the colour scheme's on the website.However this was proper canary yellow.Similar to the Ducati 999's yellow.must have been a paint job.She looked fantastic nevertheless!!!

Had a 08 600 rr ride along me into vashi this morning, the new black white and red colour scheme. Looked extremely ordinary in person compared to what i had thought it to be from pictures.
