For April 3rd Ghazal Program, 2 people are confirmed from my end :-

Nazim, can you please post entire excel sheet details here on the site so people are aware who is coming, who is not, who paid-up etc.Thanks in advance

MC, Confirm folks from your end and update the spreadsheet.

I met Raj last evening and he most probably will also be coming too albeit a little late. Raj confirm this ASAP !!!!

I feel sad for people who cannot make it as it's just a day to go for one of the most rocking TBHP Night ever

@Pulsar - some comments on the spread sheet

1. Total amount collected is 24,000 (not 25,000).
2. If its Anurag+1, then he should pay 1000 more. This probably explains the above discrepancy
3. Total Vegetarians in the list is 6 (not 5)
4. As I see it "per head cost" of Rs. 1000 is feasible only if 8 more people join in (assuming that all of them pay up

). Otherwise, "per head cost" will go up to Rs. 1300.

Sirji, it is Anurag +1...and I already paid up 2000/- in total. So guess the math is correct, and the spreadsheet should be corrected

EDIT: Shows as 2000. Whats the discrepancy then?

Wow the D-day is so close. As I live practically on the other edge of city, I am thinking whether hiring a taxi would be a good idea to trudge back home in the wee hours of Saturday. Or, is any one close to Sainikpuri or Secunderabad attending this meet?

Total collected is correct.
Anurag's details were not updated in the list but the total was correct. That stands corrected now.
Veg & Non-Veg count is correct. In mine & Himanshu's '+1', one is veg & one is non-veg!

Per head cost is an approximate value. Requesting everyone to carry some extra cash if we are not able to meet the expected number of 38+.
As per the sheet, we have only 30 members!

We are all set now! Avi & MC, what is the update on the Khansama & the ghazal singer? (Yeah, Yeah, I read the mail and that's why I am asking! PM or mail me if you guys need any help.)
