+1 to that, the non-refundable clause was to make life easier for the galla-keeper & other management team of Pandey ki rasoi, who are organising things, if the money comes through - drop-outs should get a refund (pro-rata).

Will MC please post the directions (and a schematic diagram map - not the google map showing the road to Hampi), so that late-comers benefit. If all of us were to call - it will become a mehfil of ringtones and ........"seeedha jaao, right maaro, left leo" etc.

Cheers,

My dear Arun, i totally agree with you but, the question remains will there be any savings?

I was speaking with Devidas this morning and he mentioned instead of 15K it will be now 16K for Catering as Soft drinks and other accessories are now being charged.

So in short, all you good folks be ready to still fork out a bit more than 1K for sure

Route to Venue

By Popular Demand I'm attaching a schematic diagram, no idea how helpful this would be.

The step by step process is as follows:
  1. Reach Shilparamam / Cyber Towers Signal.
  2. Proceed straight to the Kondapur T-Junction.
  3. Take left from the T-Junction.
  4. After the left, take right at the first signal into Kondapur Botanical Garden Road/ Chirec School Road.
  5. Keep Going straight till you reach the other end - T Junction on Gachibowli Road.
  6. Take Right from thsi Junction onto the Gachibowli / Mumbai Road.
  7. Hyderabad Central University Campus will fall on your left.
  8. Keep going till the road takes a turn on its own.
  9. Over there you can find a 100 FT double road going towards the left.
  10. Take left here and proceed for about 300 metres.
  11. You are at the venue - 6 Story white colour apartment complex. You would also be able to see fellow T-BHPian Cars with stickers.

Exactly my point Avi . We wouldnt have gone ahead if the numbers did not match to a certain degree and all the money(received) was taken into account for this. The magic number for all of us was 1000 . Then I "instigated" that we should not compromise on quality and consensus was we bend for about 200max.

But, if the /unit expense drops below thousand , ONLY THEN will any refund be entertained. If it works out >1000, then it shall be explained to the dropouts that their burden of money wasted shall not be borne by us and hence not refunded.

I think im pretty straightforward and don't mean any ill to the one's who are missing out on a wonderful evening. This is being hosted at a special venue, serenaded by a national artist and we're being cajoled to taste the best of cuisine that simple hyd has to offer. The "Biryani" may not sound too wondrous, but when cooked by a specialist in hyderabadi style,Its a feeling your taste buds will always crave for ...... ever and ever!

Kudos to Avi/MC/RR/Fazal/Devidas towards making this happen.

Edit : On a lighter note,Sorry forgot the point that most will be using MC's maps to get there! So we'll have to see the turn out before the event starts, lol

This point goes whithout saying. If money left will be duely returned to people who couldnt make it.

Has anyone got video camera? If yes, please bring it along and not to mention your cameras too.

We need to snap away to glory and get some people really green in their face

Secondly, my first map was good enough if you downloaded and enlarged it. I suggest clicking on it so that it opens in a new tab and then zooming it to get a proper view.

You never said it was a her and not a he?

After reading this i can imagine Rajesh immediately logging off from his work and do the following:-

1. Walk to the gym, you know, burn those extra calories

2. Run as fast as he can on the treadmill and today's session is also fully concentred on the middleware

3. Immediately after the treadmill/gym session barge into Ayur center and get a nice body message to get bodily prepared for the evening

4. Next stop is for a face massage to bring that glow back

5. Finally, i am quite sure he will be sucking in his tummy the whole evening

Himanshu, i surely hope any lady would be impressed with this much preparedness for creating a good impression. so lets all keep a close eye on RR this evening if any of the above will/has been implemented
