Hadnt confirmed as things are doubtful right now.

Most probably, will be able to make it, irrespective of city.

However, final status will be clear only after the 14th.

About a place...how many of us would have off-roading interests? and capabilities (vehicles i meant!)?? I could probably work something out in that case!

Am going off for the Auto Expo today and will be back Sunday night. Once am back we'll figure out what can be done and where we should meet

Hope to see responses/ideas by then.

Anyone going for the Auto Expo this weekend?

No off-roading please.

There's a place called Greenwod resorts, 5 KMS off Vaishnodevi circle. Nice wide open place for a meet, lots of space for paking too and off beat. Know the people there, so if you need help, let me know.

Alternatively, a friend owns a newly opened club, STARZ CLUB, it's 30 kms off the expressway but classy, so that's worth trying too.

I won't be regular here in this meets section, so if anything urgent, pl. sms / call me 09377203000.

The options you have listed are good. Lets wait for AVR to respond. Till 13th, we are open to venue. 13th evening IMO, we must decide venue.

Well going by the response we can meet at Greenwoods for the 17th. The off-roading plans can be kept for a later date as me and a friend are anyways planning to do a recce before we decide on a plan (coming weekend).

Well Greenwoods it is! Timings anyone?
