Damn, is he a BHPian? Sam, you gotta give something to Akbar for this. That chap is really passionate about his job.

Sigh!!! If our people get little bit passionate about their work like Akbar, India would have been much different.

Heartening to see someone caring about his job and attention to detail. He's a good man.

That thread was created because the NCT5's had failed twice ! I had no intension on changing my tyres either.

Unfortunately, such people have almost ceased to exist today.

WOW.
This is the most thread I have read on T-BHP.
I was reading this in the office today and I could not resist to read it in full. I didnt realise my BOSS was behind while I was looking at the SUPERB pics and he said " are wa kya zakas car hai. kiska hai" I said "Apna Yeti ka" he was confused "Yeti??" I was so involved that I forgot to tell him I was reading T-BHP review and this is SAM's Blog. Then he sat with me and made me goto the first page, he was really impressed and was laughing after reading UMBRELLA page. He said "zakas hai yeah banda".

Hats off to you SAM.

Looking forward to a deep dive description of the stock audio system like speaker count, type, brand amp/sub? Is it tuned for the rear seat listener?? etc etc.

I checked my car a couple days ago. Even I have a kaamchaalu black steel wheel instead of a 5th alloy. Sahil can you please confirm whether you have an alloy or a steel wheel?

I dont think there is enough space for an alloy in there......

Most cars provide a steel donut for the spare wheel (to keep the tyre wear for the four driven wheels matched/in check). The only car i've heard of having all 5 alloys, is the Civic.

Tata safari has 5 alloys. As do many other cars. Its not for wear, its for cost cutting that many cars do not have alloy spare wheel

The fifth one is steel. I wish Skoda would give all five alloys.
