Its definitely 98pcd. Everyone installing aftermarket 100pcd alloys are using different nuts.

actually no one is sure about it! no where does fiat india mention that its 98pcd . The 100 pcd alloys were difficult to fit in a PALIO and the older fiats , but the people who have fitted 100 PCD alloys in the GP say that it goes in very easily without any trouble, which makes me to think whether Punto is 98 or 100 pcd . Infact a friend who owned a fiat sienna and owns a Punto now(with 100 pcd wheels) said that it was very easy to fit that 100 pcd wheels in the Punto unlike his older sienna!

could anyone confirm that its 98pcd.?

Good point.

I did a small research about this online, even thot there is no official site where it is mentioned that the punto has 100 PCD but in most forums some people have confirmed that punto has 4x100.

All fiats have 98PCDs where in punto is an exception to have 100 PCD. Do not go for my words these are just some information i found online in different fiat forums (Uk, singapore... etc)

Singapore No. 1 Car Forum & Car Club - MyCarForum > Rim PCD for different car makes..contribute!

According to Antera Grande Punto Type 199 PCD 4/100 centre bore 56.5mm bolts M12X1.25

http://www.konig.fi/fio/AnteraPDF/07/FIAT.pdf

Is there someone who can get this confirmed from FIAT?

its not very difficult to find out the PCD as mentioned here

WHEELS. PCD, offset, and centre spigot diameter

we can give it a try but reading using a vernier caliper, would be accurate.
May be Nikhil can help us with this one.

Yes,

I was going through articles to find out the PCD of wheels and it is doable if someone can get the accurate reading.

ok then time to flick a vernier from the college lab !
but problem is 100mm and 98mm are very close so there might be some error unless we use a digital vernier, infact tbhpian vigneshram was the one who raised this doubt after he fitted 100pcd plati wheels in his punto , and according to him it was very easy( similar to fitting in 100pcd car) compared to a palio . We did think about measuring it in our college but since its only a 2mm difference , wont be that easy .

YUCK ...98 pcd !!!

Well Guys ,

The update is ...on 19th of this month the massive shipment from Bangkok
is going to arrive at the Mumbai HQ and routed to other respective dealers across
SSW chain. ( a ssw dealer just confirmed this with me )

I think EVO is another TAIWAN make for its 98 pcd on 15 ' profile but the
choices are still dim

I think i am going to play the waiting game with these ones (SSW)
or just pretending to
blinded by the 98 pcd magic word **duh**
