Appears to be a Baby Hindusthan or Morris Minor OHV (going by the bonnet monogram). Also appears to have a rear windscreen from an old Fiat grafted on. Any more pics?

I had posted that Alfa on Pakwheels because one member neurosurgeon by name just aquired such a car in Lahore. This guy neurosurgeon is quite a car nut and has interesting cars. Attached is a photo of the car he aquired.

The Caddy behind is not a 59, it was 60 or 61. She belonged to Mr. Oberoi, now in a collection in Lonavala. This pic is atleast 15 years old.

Cheers harit

The grille on the white Alfa is different than the one on the black car. (Was there an option back then??)
The bumpers also look pretty different.

Harit sir, do throw some light on the matter!!

Alfa- Not to miss the ambassador rubber bumper stops those were days when importing spares was a nightmare I suppose still some folks had enginous ways of getting/replicating authentic stuff which this car does not sport. where is she now Harit?

Also if you notice the Mumbai car has split bumpers in front compared with the one piece affair on teh Pak car.

maybe the grille / bumpers varied according to the year of manifacture.

Harit sir, do throw some light on the matter!!

Could it be that the black Alfa is a 2000 cc and the other the 1600 cc?
