This MG Y series and Singer roadster were/are part of a large Pune collection. The MG makes an appearance in the movie 'Zubeidaa'.

This rare Chevy convertible made only one appearance at Pune events. Wonder where she is now. Earlier I had seen a deep blue similar car, perhaps it is the same.

No, I didn't mean 1928, those would have been wooden spoked, square looking sedans. No, this is a fine 1938, it led the way to my very first car, a 1939, two-door sedan. Only kept it a few months and traded it for a 1939 Ford deluxe coupe with modified drive train (39A engine with Edelbrock intake and twin 97's, Emunds aluminum heads, and LaSalle floor-shift transmission. Kept it until I could upgrade to a 1949 Mercury 4-door sedan.

But the ugly duckling was transformed to a beautiful swan na?

The blue 2CV was also Delhi registered, now it is MH 12 CD I think. Was featured in BSM. Haven't seen in a while, maybe it will come to the next rally in December, come see for yourself.

That is pretty rare as far as Minis go, which are pretty rare in their own right. Should be fairly unique in any collection once restored.

Keep us posted on this car, more pictures are always welcome.

Do try and carry a camera on your next visit and post pics of these cars. Is the Lancia silver and is the Ferrari a GTB or a GTS

These classics are a regular sight to most Mumbaikars. The Lancia is red, with Zagato bubble top and an absolute stunner. Some great pics are available on BSM website. I used to see a 308 at that place, not a 328. I also used to regularly see a white 190SL there.

The above red MINI is located at Thane. Owner stays in the building opposite to where my friend stays.
Last I'd seen, it had a new paintjob (same colour combo), but lacked the front grille and head lamps.
Will try to get pics when I go back there.
