Benelli TRK 502X caught testing in India

The Benelli TRK 502X adventure bike has been spotted testing in India for the first time, which suggests that it could be launched sometime in the near future.

The TRK 502X measures 2,200 mm in length and has a wheelbase of 1,505 mm. Its height is 1,480 mm, while the seat is set at 850 mm. It comes equipped with a 20-litre fuel tank.

The bike has a partial fairing with a beak and an upright windshield. It has twin headlamps with LED DRLs and a side-mounted exhaust. It also comes with a stepped seat with a grab handle that has provisions for mounting panniers. It features upside-down fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear and rides on 19-inch and 17-inch spoked wheels at the front and rear respectively.

The TRK 502X is powered by a 499.6cc in-line 2-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 47 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 45 Nm of torque @ 5,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The braking setup consists of twin 320 mm discs with 4-piston calipers at the front and a 260 mm disc at the rear with a single-piston caliper. It comes with dual-channel ABS.
