Rumour: Hyundai Venue facelift launch in May 2022

The Venue N-Line could be offered with the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with either the 6-speed iMT or the 7-speed DCT.

The Hyundai Venue facelift is said to be in the final stages of testing and if things go to plan, it could be launched in India next month.

Spy images suggest that the Venue facelift will get a redesigned front grille and a completely reworked rear fascia. The crossover will feature L-shaped LED headlamps and a redesigned tailgate and bumper.

The updated Venue is expected to be offered with the same engine options as the current model. These include a 998cc turbo petrol with 118 BHP and 172 Nm, 1.2-litre petrol producing 82 BHP and 115 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel that makes 99 BHP and 240 Nm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.

Hyundai Venue N-Line:

Hyundai is also likely to introduce the Venue N-Line this time around. This variant is expected to get sporty add-ons like red accents on the lower part of the front bumper, new alloy wheels and twin exhaust tips.
