Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

Staggering achievement to have maintained quality over the years. As India grows and prospers, I expect Team-BHP to continue to grow commensurately, as the single point of truth for all things automotive (and some others, thank you Shifting Gears!).

I'll never forget the day my dad suggested I join the forum if I 'wanted to get serious about cars'. Only this was 5 years after I became a member. Or the time my professor in the UK used TBHP as a reference in a lecture.

Congratulations to GTO and the entire moderator team for being custodians and protectors of this repository of wealth. It's a thankless job and your dedication is what provides the foundation for this level of quality.

Wishing all the Founders, Mods, Admins and my fellow Bhp-ians congratulations for achieving such a wonderful milestone - 20 yrs of Team-BHP and many more to come!

Glad to be a part of this forum, though in all honesty, i still continue to be a silent reader and yes - the newsletter are my favorite part of the day, as well as my favorite pastime too!

Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

Almost impossible for me to think of my life without our beautiful forum in it.

I usually check this before any other website in the morning.

Love the fact that the forum is just as fresh today as the first time, I saw it.

Wishing all of us a great time for many many more decades.

Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

Happy 20th to TBHP! This forum has been my go-to for all car purchase decisions, ever since I learnt driving in 2007. I just can't imagine my automotive life without TBHP.

In the early part of my association with TBHP, many forum threads, especially the travelogues, were highly aspirational. Once I got well-settled in my life, I started emulating the road trips made by our forums members and stalwarts. Today, I'm known for being someone who does a lot of road trips and that's primarily because of TBHP. I proudly display this association to my friends and colleagues.

I must also say that I was able to lay my hands on a pre-owned Endy and went ahead with acquiring it only because the person selling to me was a fellow TBHPian with a common link of another TBHPian. I'm sure such a sweet deal wouldn't have been possible if I was not a Bhpian.

I know I haven't given as much to this forum as it has given me in the last 17 years. Thank you to everyone who made and still makes this forum a genuine and heartwarming platform for auto and travel buffs like me. I look forward to this association till the end of my life.

Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

Happy 20th Team! So proud to be a member. Can't describe all that I've learnt in years of reading.

Hoping we as a collective help reduce the bad driving situations and fatalities in India. 25 lakh plus in the last 20 years. Road Safety in India is more than a joke?

Hoping the MORTH and senior teamBHP members do something about the same.

1.73 Lakh lives lost in 2023.

Hope we can do a lot for our members and public in the next 20?
My goal is to ensure my nation gets the number down to ZERO asap.

Wake up BHPians before it's too late!

Happy 20th Team BHP.

You have truly shown what touching lives is through your passionate and ad free curated content, social initiatives which bring people together, help make many new friends for life and many more reasons.

Take a bow GTO for holding strong and keeping this running and progressing each year.

If there are any viewers choice car mag / website award, I am sure TeamBHP will take the cake but then again most awards are bought so we don’t need them to prove TeamBHPs absolute dominance in this space.

Keep revivin…

Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

My humble regards and cheers to Team-BHP on this momentous occasion!

In this extremely fast-paced and ever-evolving world of social media, in my honest opinion, Team-BHP stands tall as the only fraternity that has been immensely consistent in all regards, be it in the quality of its content, expert opinions and insights, crisp and graspable content, but most importantly, its language of professionalism that truly sets it apart. I'm indeed honoured to be a part of this venerable congregation of car enthusiasts.

Though I've known and been on this website for a long time, it is only recently that I've become an official member of Team-BHP and the moderators are some of the nicest people I've interacted with, they gave some really good advice on how to present an article and I'm very thankful for that. It was always an ambition to be associated with Team-BHP.

Special thanks to GTO and all the moderators that have helped maintain Team-BHP at such a high pedestal in the motoring world! And kudos to every contributing member of this platform!

Here's to the next 20!

Many thanks to the founders and moderators for the conservation of much-needed independent media in the Indian automotive industry. In fact, there is no independent media left in the industry to be the voice of consumers, as everyone is at the mercy of automakers, either for test-drive cars or, at worst, money from advertisements or branded content. But not the Team-BHP.

In the industry, some brands like Hyundai, Kia, and Volkswagen have quite nasty PR departments that try to influence reviews, online content, etc. Not on Team-BHP, though!

And the most significant moment of reckoning was the Ford debacle in 2018, when Team-BHP's professional journalism destroyed Ford's India and the then-CEO's ego. We all know how Ford India's tale unfolded over the years.

https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/india...row-yours.html (Ford doesn't have an EcoSport for Team-BHP; Can we please borrow yours?)

Once more, congratulations on preserving the essence of free speech, being an independent media in the Indian automotive industry, and helping hapless consumers from avaricious corporations!

Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

Many Congratulations to Team-BHP for completing 20 robust years.

I had joined around 19 or 20 years ago also and even then this was the best platform to understand everything about cars and other matters.

I found this platform to be the most robust then and today it has strengthened its position to an unrivalled level.

The sheer amount and high quality of details available here are available nowhere.

Here's wishing that Team-BHP reaches even newer heights.

Re: 2 decades of Team-BHP | A Happy 20th to our community

Better late than never, Heartiest Congratulations to Team BHP!
I joined the forum quite late, To be honest "Not giving serious thought on the joining steps and as a result my membership was not approved for couple of instances" then due to work commitments and other stuff kept delaying. But i am an avid reader of this forum since 2008 when i first discovered this forum.

I loved the content back then and still love it today.

This itself is a testament that Team BHP is a no-nonsense forum. We really don't have such forums nowadays.

Keep it up fellas!

Best regards for the years ahead..
