Yes it is July, 2015 vehicle. 3 months isn't an issue IMO but do check the body for scratches, underbody area for rusting, rubber parts.

Have a look at tyre condition as it has been standing idle for 3 months. Do check the interiors for neatness as it may be abused by the dealers at the yard.

However what is getting me worried is the data thrown in by one of the online vin decoders >> http://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/check-...HSNA36F7013637
It is showing approx mileage of the car as 8310 Km!! Can someone please help me understand what this actually means?

Any views on the above point. 8310 km is getting me worried.

The car is still in transit. This is my sister's car, I won't be available physically to do the pdi but have educated her about it.

This isn't the complete VIN. Maruti Suzuki gives 21 characters and the one you have provided is 17.

Please check above posts. This has been posted many times.

Congrats! It's an August 2015 model. The fourth character 'H' represents the August month. The fifth and sixth character represents the production year and in your case, it's 15 which stands for 2015. The tenth character 'F' represents that it's a 2015 model.

Thanks ! Wildon used to have a detailed PDF report - any way to get it ?
