@BUSA-bhai, you have mentioned only "a JVC HU for 8k with USB and 5 Colours" without giving the model number! If you tell the model number, at least one can take a look at the specs and compare.

Also, you haven't mentioned with or without b&w, so a price comparison is rather tenuous.

For example, the Pio 7950 is a reference set which has virtually all desirable features and comes for ~9K in grey.

Between the Blau GT-4 Special and the JBL 60.4, I'd take the 60.4.

The 60.4 would do decent duty with the Illusions.

Thanks Hydra, i dont plan a sub yet, so all four speakers will be driven by the amp. Is it worth strecthing for the 75.4

P.S How much does 60.4 and 75.4 cost?

60.4 = About 7K.
75.4 = Nowadays, I hear of rates between 10K and 13K (with B&W), now that the 75.4 has been discontinued. A steal at 10K, if you get that rate. Still worth it at 13K.

The JBL6040 (limited edition amp) at 10K is also a good amp.

If you can wait till the 2nd week of Jan, I think the new JBL GT4 series amps (4-ch at around 7K I think) will be out.

To answer your first Q, I think that if you'll not think of a sub anytime soon, you should get the CS60.4 or another not-so-costly 4-ch amp now. Esp. 'cause you're running components in the back also, and because the rear-sound-stage is also important to you (rear-seat passengers also need good-sounding music).

When you get the sub, get an entry-level mono to drive it -- you'll need reasonable power to make a sub sound good in the bigger cabin of the Innova.

60.4 can drive 4 speakers nicely, the GT4 is good VFM too.
