Yes, now Note 2 should be start selling at 29.5K. Without this offer they told that my phone will go for 3K and thought of getting Samsung Quattro/Grand, then decided to go with this one because of the AMOLED display and 2GB RAM also with Airview features which is available only in S4 and Note 2.

There was no piece available in any of the store and waited for 1 hour to get it from other stores at last, couldn't get white and left with grey.

Sony Xperia X10 Phone Getting Switched Off By Itself

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 BST-41 1500 mAh Battery.

Is this true? Should I follow this?
I know but still want to confirm whether really am I?
My Xperia X10 is getting switched off by itself at night even though there is more than 70-80% Battery remaining. I had Full Charged the phone and talked for around 23 mins (3 calls total).
I faced this issue for last 2 nights. Yesterday morning the Battery was 0%. Today morning the Battery was 20% (I have Battery Booster and Battery Watch Apps installed hence they display the Remaining Battery Power in Digital Numbers) but still the phone got switched off.

Is it problem with Phone or Battery?

And yes, the Contacts of the New Battery are a little lower than that of Previous One. So I inserted a paper under the battery to make it fit tightly.

Paper?
Why? The bst41 is a standard battery. If it was made to the same, there should be no need for the paper. I'll suggest getting an OE battery pronto.

Edit:checked your link. That's a knockoff. The original will be around 1500 bucks. Do invest, as they seriously are better.

Hi Electronic Gurus,

I came across these links while searching for options. They seem very attractive. Few of it is also available in ebay/flipkart. I would like to know if anybody have used these? Please share opinion.

@ Mayank..
The Battery I bought from Ebay.in is infact BST 41. But still the contacts of battery are at a lower level than the Previous one. Hence the New Battery does not snug fit in the Battery Compartment.
Should I contact the Buyer since there is 1 year warranty I got with this battery?

I will contact the buyer tomorrow and discuss this issue with him.
Also now the battery is 88% charged. Will see tomorrow what happens.

It may be marked as such, but the price is just not right.

P.S.. Why do you want to contact yourself? Introspection??

Guys,
In US, there is an offer for Nokia Lumia 900. It is an A T & T unlocked phone , selling for $160, that is Rs 10k. The current price here is about Rs30k.
How good is the phone and any issues?
Will it work in India?
Thanks in advance

Lumia 900 is an old model running on Windows 7. I would suggest to get the latest one on Windows 8 – something like the Lumia 620/720.

re: The Mobile Phone Thread - Queries, decisions, discussions all here

Today the phone did not get switched off by itself.
As mentioned before the battery was 88% charged while I went to sleep.
In the morning the battery was @61% (might be due to Auto Network Search and yes BSNL Network sometimes goes for a picnic).
Also due to work load, I was not able to contact Ebay or that dealer. So could not comment on that currently.

re: The Mobile Phone Thread - Queries, decisions, discussions all here

Hi friends, I have a query. I recently lost my Nokia Lumia 620 phone in which I had my office e mails configured. So my query is will someone who found it will be able to put a new sim and use it or since it's encrypted no one will be able to use it? I know I will not get my phone back but I will be a little happy knowing that the person who robbed it cannot use it.
