Buy it that's cheap really, Price is lower because that's a branded handset, apart from that same as Tytn II you can compare it here - Tilt 8925 & Tytn II

Any user feedback on Nokia E51? I am looking to upgrade from E50. I hear there are some software upgrades.

Cell phones are cheaper in India. And the latest is available in India. I would recommend that shopping for a mobile handset is better done in India !

I have heard very good things (howardforums). Software seems to be stable. Looks great though Rose gold is not available in india. Build quality is very high.

My brother uses E51 from last one and half month. it is very fast than E50 and it has symbian series 60 v3.2. battery life is also very good.

Hey All,

Now that my Swift is here, its time to get a great mobile phone.

My Classic Ngage has seen better days and is ready to be put to rest.

My budget is 20 - 25K.

I am considering P1i, W960i, E61i, N82.

The N82 is there because i am not sure whether i want a business or a multimedia phone. I am doing my mba and will be joining a it company as a business analyst soon so i want my mobile to be able to read office docs.

I also want MP3, FM(preferably), Bluetooth, wifi and all the good stuff. Camera will be a handy add on as well. I am fearful of rotating and sliding phones coz i think they will break soon.

I am willing to consider other international brands of repute such as HTC in this price range as well that are available in mumbai.

Please advice. I trust the informed members on this forum.

Can i pitch in for HTC touch?Are there any generic problems with the model or is it better to go for HTC 3400?

Also,is N 81 good.I am not looking at the 8 GB HDD one.Am considering a normal N81 WITH 2GB card.

Go for the enhanced touch. Faster ROM and Vid was saying better typing interface also

Go for a business phone. E series or P1i.

Unplugging your life isnt a bad idea. Why waste your eyes/fingers when you'll already abuse them working long hour anyways.

I liked the feel of the joystick on the N73. The N82 joystick has a flat pad on it. The N73 joystick would snag on artifacts in your pocket and on one occasion, got yanked out.

This will not happen with the N82 design. But I must admit the feel of the N82's five way pad is decidedly less tactile than that of the N73's joystick.
At first use, the small rectangular keys on the N82 come across as more inconvenient than the illuminated buttons on the N73. But I got used to them quite quickly and found them quite useable.
The "Edit Key" (pencil) is missing on the N82. This is usually found in S60 devices. It controls some editing functions (for example: copy, cut, paste)...

Some experimentation revealed that you can use the # key for this purpose.

I do miss the flashing blue LED on the Nokia N73.
One glance in a pitch dark room and you would instantly know where you had left your phone and also that it was charged and standing by to receive calls.
