Hey this car looks cute! From these angles at least. I think the smallish wheels might spoil the profile, though.

In one of the pics there is a Spark standing beside the Eon. Is it just the angle or is the Eon actually larger than the Spark! If yes, when is this coming in Diesel, I'm ready

Seems to be a promising product. However, if Magna model has integrated system then the price for this model would also be around 3.30-3.40 ex. showroom.

We have to wait and watch for few more days to get complete details.

The first snap provides a stunning angle of the gray Eon. Looks way better than my i10, in my opinion. I just can't imagine how this beauty is almost the size of an Alto and moreover, priced within the Rs 2.5-3.5 lakh tag. The Eon looks way bigger in pictures and the exterior/interior gives an impression of a semi-premium hatch.

With the Eon's specs nearly the same as the Alto, I also can't imagine how Hyundai has managed to provide a 215-odd ltr boot (the Alto is about 170 ltrs?). Maybe, Hyundai Eons seems to be emulating the design philosophy of the other 'H' hatch -- Jazz. Maximum space within compact specs.

Am eagerly waiting to see the Eon in real life. And if Hyundai ever decides to offer a 3-cylinder diesel engine for the Eon, I'll take up 3 extra jobs to make sure I can buy the Eon D.

The Pics look good and interiors spot on. The Side profile specially the rear part looks like chevy Beat, the ORVM looks identical to the ones on Santro Xing higher model. The tires look poor on the car but will be accepted by the segment it is targeted for.

I called the dealer "Orion" Gurgaon this morning - as expected they dont have any information on pricing and features and the only concrete information they have is "bookings can be made by paying 10K and the ex-showroom price for the basic model without A/C is 2.5L"

Nice pics !! Neat interiors indeed .... If the MAGNA pricing is right and in the range of 3.4 lakhs then this gonna be a game changer !!
I think other premium car manufactures should take a look into this and see how Hyundai manages to give good & class leading interiors for a better price.
Thumbs up Hyundai !!

That is good. 2.5L for a base model...so we can expect a top-end model for max 3.5L I guess. Ex-showroom though. But good. Spoke to Advaith Hyundai Bangalore and they're taking 25K for booking (I wonder why so much?). And the sales rep had no knowledge about the pricing. But good news is...TD starts from 14th Oct.

very smart looking interiors and while the touch and feel is still sometime away , from the pictures the quality looks to be decent. I like the design of the storage space above the glove box.

Got a call from my Hyundai dealer today. I am in the first batch of customers set to receive the Eon. I am going in for the top end version. He gave me 2 colors options: dark blue and red. Has anybody seen the Eon in dark blue? That's what I have ordered!

If priced below 3 lakhs, Alto may be dethroned and it may affect other MSIL cars like Estilo/WagonR figures also.

As GTO has published car sales number, already 7000 EONs dispatched so even if there is bumper booking say like swift, the wait wont be taxing.
