Next Gen Honda HR-V spied again, differently designed than the usual Hondas'.

not sure what the shape of the headlights is, but it looks like a binocular or trinocular LED, the front grille has a hexagonal honeycomb shape, and the front lower grille also opens wide to the side. Can be confirmed.

After that, you can see the door handle on the driver's side, but not on the rear side, and you can see that it is a pillar mount door handle like the current Vezel.

By the way, the new Vezel will also be equipped with a power back door that is not adopted in the current model (according to prior information from the dealer), which is a point that has greatly enhanced luxury while being a compact SUV. I think so.

This is China specific Honda-Dongfeng's URV launched back in 2016. It is one of many Honda's China only model. Hondra haven't ever released China specific models to any of its' international markets. Some UR-V pictures. It even sports E-Class like rear armrest touchscreen controls!.

As testing continues the NEW HR-V shows more:

- It will be a coupe style SUV

- The flat and protruding nose, a technique that makes the tip of the hood look like a long nose by slightly extending the tip of the hood

- In Japan it rivals Toyota Harrier, Mazda CX-5 and BMW X2

- Electrically operated tail-gate

- Engines are likely to be 1.5 liter gasoline engine / 1.5 liter turbo engine / 1.5 liter hybrid system, a dual-motor e: HEV .

- Release in MAY 2021

Not sure what’s wrong with Honda India and what’s taking them so long to bring a Creta/Seltos rival in India. We had VW,SKODA announcement on Taigun,Vision IN at auto expo and now almost nearing launch in maybe 3-4 months time but Honda is still CONSIDERING!!

With Honda exiting the Premium segments and as part of this new product realignment process, Honda is planning to launch a new compact SUV for the Indian market.

Honda to launch HR-V compact SUV in India primarily rivaling the Korean in the mid-SUV segment.

Honda will be launching the third gen HR-V compact SUV in the global markets next year, and will go on sale in India in late 2021 .

Finally some positive news from Honda. But only if they actually launch this car. Only god knows for how long have they been delaying the launch of HR-V. If they could price it well and bring that L15B7 considering that it's rivals have a turbo engine it could turn around Honda's fate. Also, i think launching it in late 2021 might be good as Seltos and Creta would be looking a bit old by then. So a fresh product will be appreciated by many. But only if they can price it well and not like Jazz.

Honda's remodeled HR-V in an upright coupe stance, spotted first time outside Japan - Now spied in Europe(Germany).

Get LED lights and reveals its front in clear shots for the first time.

The new HR-V also features the rear-view mirrors anchored in the door panel , rather than in the corner of the windows. Honda stylists have kept the rear door handles integrated into the rear windows .

Expected to get the petrol and plug-in hybrid engines with "e: HEV" technology. It is a set that combines the 1.5-liter gasoline engine and two electric motors , inherited from the new Honda Jazz, only available with front-wheel drive .
