My worst experience has to Maruti Omni. I felt so insecure!!! There is absolutely no safety!

Second on my list is the Santro. All hype and no substance. I felt cramped.

My Experience goes with TATA Indica xeta GLX. The car I drove was just 5 months old. The car was in good shape from out side and inside.

When started the drive felt like some or the other thing from the mechanical would fall off at any given point of time. Could not dare to make her cross 50.

I don't wont to spell it out here. But the worst car(s) I've driven yet is a claimed to be an Italian one. Sorry to irk all the fans of it. But that is what I have!
And very sad that most of them I have driven was of the same fate.

Could you please share what factors made you feel that they're the worst car(s) you've ever driven? Am just curious to know....

To be frank. I have never felt "Worst" in any car. All cars had some goods that none other gave.

Wow! thats really interesting. But why the hell does such a car have so much fans who could be "irk"-ed. Would really love to hear more from you on your experiece with the 'fate' of all the cars you drove.

FORD Endaevor

May be this is because sometimes your expectations are so hight that you dont forgive.

I always loved the look and feel of Endaevor but once I drove it was left totally unsatisfied.

There have been other cars which I have droven and were bad but I was expecting them to be ust that bad or just that good.

So possibly the worst drive will be based on your expectation levels.

Yes, I think Santro is much hyped, but so much cramped inside.

My two worst experiences have been :

Maruti Omni : The driving seat is really pathetic and more so for someone who has a tummy. Absolutely zero safety for front passengers and its like driving sitting on the outside of the car.

Tata Indigo TDi : Driven a 30K driven owned by a friend who keeps praising the car as very smooth etc. When i sat on driver side, first thing struck me is the odd angle of the seating position and the pedals are also very different. Even the switches are awkward and when you drive the car, the real fun starts. It is like driving an ancient automobile, everything is rough, the engine, the pedals and even the drive.

Just curious, Zen as in the "old" real Zen ?
or are you talking about the "Zen - estilo" ?

Old Zen has a nice gearshift IMO, new zen I don't know.
This is the first time I'm hearing someone saying Zen has a bad gearshift.

Could you please explain.

My worst nightmare was in a Juggad jeep with toyota 2C engine and 295 hankook radials
it was pretty decent in the straight line, but that steering it felt as it was not connected to anything, and i had to do some serious work out to bring it back to normal position

Aray yaar I knew I'll be crucified for this!
Yes it was the old Zen..one of my professors car..The gearshift was way too smooth for me..it was like feather touch gearshifting..I like the shifting to be a bit hard and I want to feel it while changing!

Nothing personal against Zen guys! Just my opinion..

My worst ride has to be the Indica V2 XETA Petrol! The engine is noisy, not refined as a petrol should be and steering feedback is almost non-existent. Felt scared to go above 60 as the steering wheel was too light!
