Thanks guys. I hope the delivery process is smooth and timely. Color of the car is Galapagos Anthracite (blackish grey). Interiors are beige (hmm..) though I was confused between Latte Macchiato and beige but chose beige as didn't knew how exactly latte would look. Beige is a well tried/used color and should help make the cabin look roomy. Following are the options I have chosen on the standard Touareg.

- Metallic paint
- RHD Package for VI
- Power latching of Trunk Lid
- Cruise Control
- Chrome Package
- 4 Zone 'Climatronic' as double air conditioning system
- 18"" Alloy wheels Valley.
- Multifunct leather steering wheel with wood rim.
- Decorative wood inserts in Ornamental wood Burr Walnut
- Lights & Vision Package(Auto dimming Interior Mirror,coming home,
rain sensors, footwell lights, Auto low beam, etc)
- Xenon lights with bending light for Right Hand drive with
headlights washer
- Leather Trim Cricket with comfort seats front
- Silver Roof Rails and roof profile strips.
- Anti - theft alarm system with electronic engine immobilzer
passenger comp control, backup horn, towing protection
- Front Fog lamps
- 230 Volt Socket in luggage compartment
- Memory Package Premiium.(steering column elect adjustment
with memory, Front seats12 way adjustment with memory,
seat belts adjustment with memory, Exterior mirrors auto dimming
foldable, heated with memory)
- Air Suspension with automatic level control and height and
electronic absorption control
- 65% light absorbing in rear side windows and rear window
- Compass in overhead Console
- Spare wheel with original equipment tyre , light ally , mounted at rear
- Air cleaner for dusty regions with saturation indicator
- Increased Fuel filling
- Roll up sunshade on rear door window glasses
- Two cup holders in armrest rear
- Additional stone guard body covers (type 4)
- Park distance control acoustic and optical warning signals
- 'Volkswagen Sound '' system (8 channel amplifier, 11 Loudspeakers)
- Multimedia socket to connect external audio sources in front armrest
- Tropical Zones - engine cooling system

Congrats on a perfectly loaded SUV ! OTR price aint that bad considering it's a CBU, if only VW wakes up and begins assembling it here, the car would give a tough fight to the 5 series and E class.

Yes did consider Montero but
- Felt the engine was bit underpowered
- Average on road performance
- Wanted a european/german car this time

Touareg is supposed to get a model change earliest by the end of 2010. We should see it on road sometimes in 2011. Too late ..

Thanks for all the congrats folks.

Had Forgot to list two options in the list below:

- Keyless entry and start/stop (for hawa-paani)
- luggage arrangement package (seems to be quite neat and useful!)

Congrats !! You just bought my favourite SUV man. Especially the V10 TDI looks insane and goes like stink too. Nice combo of shades for exterior-interior.

Congrats.

Was wondering how much time you took to choose the addons
