I like the skoda type windtone horns. Went through the thread and saw that it is Roots Vibrosonic. I do mostly city driving. Is this OK for city?

I plan to remove the stock one as I do not want to add any toggle switch to my dash.

Is this the only place in Bangalore which sells roots?

Got myself a roots "Windtone Super" from the shop above. Costed me Rs. 478/- Took my car (Aveo) to Auto Fusion to install it. Toqueer hasnt done this on an Aveo. He said he will have to remove the front grill and check where the stock ones are installed. Since I didnt have the time for it I didnt do it with him today. Is it better to get it done by service centre/dealer or leave it to Auto Fusion?

Can I fit Air Horns to my Sierra

Can anyone Please clear my doubt as to whether i can fit the same Air Horns used in heavy Vehicles in my Sierra. The only missing component in my car for air horn is the "Air Tank". Is there a possibility? or not? If there is a possibility what I have to do?

thanks

You can get a stebel 3 pipe air horns and it can be fitted easily. But if you the horns like trucks buses than..

You have to fit compressor, airtank and air horns. Those horns operates with air not with battery.

I had fitted in qualis but i did not find the compressor.

What could be the cost factor.

Is there any specific need for the horn? I mean, why put it in the first place?

Thats reason enough!

But i seriously think you should have 2 horns, one normal one, and one especially for the AUTO AND CAB WALLAS! not to mention the call center cab wallas!
