First, you got those horns for 300 bucks so they are definitely fake. Original's cost around 900 now. I have bought them for even around 1300 bucks 4/5 years. 2 years back I got them for around 1000 for my Palio. Love them, they sound civilised.

Second, without a relay your horn will not be working to its optimum. Original Hella super tones come with a relay.

Roots Megasonic is one ugly sounding horn and its LOUD! We have it on our Mahindra Maxx Jeep as it suits it.

Lancer, it's not just about the horn, put a relay for the safety of your electricals.

If you've a pair of horns and if you want to use them simultaneously you've to either use a cutout or a melody-maker. But a cutout has a option of a single sound and it will cost about Rs.50-100. Thinking in layman's terms, just imagine cutout as a setup which connects both the horns together.

Melody-maker performs the same job as a cutout but in addition to that it allows you to change the tone of your horns according to your taste. An entry level melody-maker has about 9 tones. It's fitted near your dash and
will cost between Rs.300-400.
