If it has been done on any storme, I request you to kindly arrange for the pictures .

Also, if we just think it as to how this would be done, would the replace storme's whole tailgate with the former's tailgate ?
I mean any spec/design changes to the rair tailgate apart from the visual changes we see like the placement of the number plate and the matte finished black strip.
I too would love to see it bro, so if I do, will be sure to share it with you guys as well.

I do not know whether its the Dicor tailgate or whether its the wheel fitting extension that is welded to the Storme tailgate.

All I was told was that it was not a "cosmetic" modification (dummy wheel cover) but that the whole wheel was actually shifted to the tailgate from under the SUV.

You are correct, I have ONLY seen Leh/Ladakh in pictures.

But, I have also seen pics of low slung sedans like Linea / Laura or Innovas & Xylos in Leh/Ladakh (or most parts of it). So I believe those places can be termed basic off-roads.

What's the point in picking one or two places which can be done ONLY in proper 4WD and saying Leh/Ladakh is extreme off-road?? If I have a 2WD, I should be sensible enough to drive ONLY to those places where my 2WD can move around and skip rest of the spots.

Re: Tata Safari Storme : Official Review

I spotted the Storme for the first time at Kuthiran on Sunday. It was a white demo car.

It took me some explanations to convince my friend that it is all new underneath. He was wondering why would any manufacturer not change the body shell then. But we agreed on one thing, the Safari is one vehicle where Tata can get away with this. The design looks ageless. Miss the spare at the tailgate though.

Btw, Kuthiran and the near by roads form a nice place to test the real SUV credentials of the Storme.

Congrats on your new acquisition Fortuner71. Will be hooked to this thread to view a few more snaps of your Storme and your buying experience. In my opinion there is no other SUV in this price bracket which can match the Storme.
