You better make a hunt for one ASAP then, lest Karl beat you to it!

What a lovely looking "R" !! And an LHD at that !
Say, the steering is original, but the meter does not look original.
Also, did R's come with floorshift ??

The 1100 R has been a dream project for me - I can see one as a daily driver - in 'Rosso Corsa' red, with black interiors... Tyres with thin whitewalls - or alternatively, very tasteful alloy wheels and broad tyres.
She'll be a sensation ! Sigh.. Someday, maybe.

The meter is from a Pre- PRESIDENT 1971 DELIGHT. But seems to be in great condition too.

Saw this millicento day before yesterday, owned by a mechanic, modified as per his requirment was once an original car. I am supposed to meet him for all the original stuff he might have lying around,

In the last picture, one can see that the air filter opening has a shutter valve, that is done so to have a desired air fuel ratio while running on LPG.

It would be better if you could start a new thread and post proper pics of your Fiat.

Dear Inderpalji, If you have a 57 centre light fiat it cant have anda lights. Anda lights are pre 56. What kind of meters do you have in the car. None of the floor parts, body panels etc are common with the Padmini. To get you oriented try going through my thread on the restoration of my centre light model MTP 8389.
