Arun1100 and Sujith1100 finally met Wing Commander Mudaliar today. Arun1100 was searching for this person since a year! He owns a 1952 Select which was restored in Arun's garage. But he could meet the owner only today as he was not in India till few days back.

He turned out to be just like FCBian Madan Mohan! He is very crazy of his Fiat. He said them lots of stories about his fond memories with his FIAT. He used to travel alone from Bangy to Dilli! Many more stories later!

FCB has got yet another dilwale Fiatian!

Here are some pics of his Select during and after restoration.

The Red Select which landed in Bangy from Mangy, it's resto-modification has started. The car is being worked upon in the same garage where Audi-Grill Fiat was modified.

The car's looking superb indeed !! Lovely paint shade too..
Do convince him to change the number plates to more "period" ones - they'll make a huuuuge world of difference to the car's looks.

Nice to see this car in its full form! I do remember having seen the resto pic.s earlier.

BTW, I guess you meant 1962, not '52.

That was the year until which selects were made.

Also looks like manish's MPR 4142 has got company- another 'MPR' select!

Thats the whole point! A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out. Which idiot these days helps strangers and then becomes close friends?!

All thanks for our good old FIATs and TB for bringing us together.

Thanks to Fiat faternity, which made this Fiat Parivar of India. We all are from different places, have different views, many differences, but unltimately we are Fiatians and are one about Fiatism, thats our spirit lets keep it glowing.

Each one should contribute a day in week for Fiatism, Vaitheeshwaran another great Fiatian has meet atleast 15 new fiatians and 58 model super select, picture of it will be soon on premier site as the blocked site start performing.

Thanks Saurav for the appreciation, it was really heart touching.

Sadly, we do not know the fate of this car.

If I buy a Millecento will you help me restore?

Cheers
