A few of my S1`s Pictures.

These photos were taken just after a water wash. The interiors were done new and still the platic coverings were not removed. The A\C works super cool (better than my Esteem). All 4 tyres look pretty new.
There are a few things which would require and official work is preventing time for those. Will have to plan it up for the weekend.
Note : The electric fan was removed by the previous owner (reason unknown) and will have to get one.

Thanks

Hi sats,

If you are serious about buying a Padmini, I have a couple of people who are planning to sell their 118 NE and there is one FIAT(not sure about the model).

Incase, if you are interested, I'll try and help you out in buying. You may PM. The spare parts for these should not be a problem in Bangalore at present.

Go Green

Hi Bob Selva,

The FIAT S1 is stunning and very neatly maintained. To add the S1 has also got a really cool fancy number (1894).

Hope to see your S1 in upcoming FCB meets

Congrats Bob. I am happy that you finally got a stunning s1.

Can you share your experience of how you felt when you first sold your Padmini and your search for a Padmini again..

Congrats Bob the s1 looks clean although each and every chromed part is painted matt black. Any specific reason the seller told you for that(if any). By the looks, it seems that the car was repainted. IMO Please revert back to the thermostat control fan.

One thing i noticed recently is the sheet metal gauge of post 90 padminis is very thin in comparison to the 80s one as i recently sourced a fuel lid from a 86 model one and compared with my S1's present one and the latter felt like half the weight of the old model. Any specific reason for this.

If you notice carefully, the Fiat guys have copied the S1 Grille on the Punto and the Linea

Any day, the S1 looks like a million bucks.
