Has anybody tried joom.com? If yes, how was the experience?

Hi! I am having a problem with my debit card (from Central Bank of India). It is being declined for online payments. I have tried Swiggy, Zomato and Netflix. It was working till last month. I have also cross-checked in the mobile app and the card is enabled for transactions. What could be the issue? Kindly guide. Thanks.

I have ordered an audio CD from EWTN on 10th January and they shipped it on the same day through USPS and it reached Delhi on 15th January. The tracking says it is on the way to the destination. There is no other information in the USPS site.

What can I do ?

USPS usually flows to India post, so you can use the same tracking number in India post to get the information. Atleast that was the case with me last month for an item shipped via USPS.

Or just use 17track.

Thanks govigov. India Post says consignment details not found while the 17track reports the same message as the USPS. It seems that the package is stuck in Delhi for the last 2 months.
It is just an audio CD and I don't see any reason why anyone would pilfer such a CD as it relates to a Choir song - not exactly a popular audio item.

Was inquiring with their customer care to buy video lights, but held back because I could not verify if they are authorised resellers. The pricing seemed a bit under the mark and the site felt underwhelming too.

I finally ended up buying from an authorised online seller.

As a matter of fact I have a couple of orders with Amazon US right now that I'm waiting to be delivered to SnS and forwarded from there.

Noob question, what is the advantage of using parcel forwarding services compared to using international shipping directly from Amazon US?

For items that don't directly ship to India this Forwarding is good, also in some cases, this forwarding works out a bit cheaper.

1. Not everything on Amazon is available for direct international shipping.

2. You are not restricted to only Amazon. You can buy from its competitors and also niche websites.

3. You are not limited to sourcing stuff from USA. Shopandship has forwarding services from 33 countries at last count (though, I have used only three of those countries).

4. Tracking and customs clearance works consistently and repeatedly. They don't ask for a deposit upfront, you just pay at the time of delivery or online on their website after clearance.

Costwise it works out to be the same.
