That was Greg chappel & FYKI, he was saying, "RCB were looking for their first win in Bangalore." Now, is that very hard to understand ?

I was praying for jaffer, kallis & dravid to play for as long as possible. Jaffer proved me wrong after CSK dropped him twice.

LRPL Taylor sounds more like it..
That's Ross Taylor, the most explosive kiwi batsman & he almost won it for RCB.

Seriously was suprised to see Jaffer scoring 50 off 33 ***** that too with 2 sixes ! I think RC badly needs someone like Misbah in the middle order.

Misbah will soon play as Ross Taylor will be off for NZs tour of England. RD looks so out of sorts, needs one good innings to get things back on track.

Well well you want to learn how to throw matches than ask RC. Bloody bugged with those guys for chucking such an oppourtunity and they better kiss their chances of making it to the last 4 goodbye.
I was angry like hell on my roomie who was such a dravid hater. Well he is a supporter of Knr. Phoof. I wish we get better matches soon

The whole team selection of RC is bad as it is, none of the batsmen are able to score runs in the first 8 overs, and fielding is pathetic loosing three succesive matches at home ground is the least i can expect as a localite...

52 runs required from 36 with 8 wickets in hand
39 runs required from 24 with 6 wickets in hand

If you want to bet on that this team loses, make sure the team you are betting to lose is RC.

I think the Royal Challengers should be renamed to "Royally Challenged" after y'day's match!

Yes, Harbhajan will lose the 3 crores due to him. I am waiting for the next series - when Harbhajan & Sreesanth play together.

After seeing the match yesterday evening, me thinks:

1. Dhoni is a master at captaining his team
2. No one gets as lucky as Dhoni when it comes to cricket these days. He is the guy with the "Midas Touch"
3. RC is the most pathetic team in the IPL after MI.
4. RD has no clue what T20 is all about!
5. Wasim Jaffer can indeed play the big shots

Here is the field umpire report - The Mystery Deepens
Quote:
According to the umpire, Sreesanth abused the Mumbai Indians relentlessly throughout the game and was warned twice by him and the other umpire, Pakistan’s Aleem Dar. The umpires also warned Sreesanth’s captain, Yuvraj Singh, about the bowler’s behaviour, but Sree kept up his string of abuses even after it was clear that Mumbai would not win the game.

“Sreesanth was sledging Mumbai’s batsmen right from the start. He was over-the-top throughout the match and was acting like a petulant schoolboy. I and my colleague Aleem Dar warned him twice and we warned Yuvraj too,” Saheba told this paper.

However, Saheba said, Sreesanth continued his tirade even against the lower order batsmen.

“It was obvious by then that victory for Punjab Kings XI was a mere formality, but Sreesanth kept at it. Musavir Khote was the last man out for Mumbai, and Sreesanth was the one who got him. He even sledged Khote when he was on his way back to the pavilion. Surely, this would not have escaped the eyes of Mumbai players,” Saheba said.

Though Saheba would not confirm this, others on the field said Sreesnath kept taunting Bhajji that he had “f****** him in his home state.” Bhajji plays for Punjab in the Ranji Trophy.

The abuse continued even after the game. Saheba said, “During the post-match handshake between the two teams, we came to know that Sreesanth said something to Harbhajan, who was in a foul mood. What happened next, everybody knows.”

Interestingly, match referee, former India wicket-keeper Faroukh Engineer whose inquiry into the bust-up resulted in an 11-match ban for Bhajji on Monday, did not call Saheba and Aleem Dar for a hearing .

6. Joginder Sharma again bowls the last over for Dhoni for a winning cause. Now its 4-0.......Simply Incredible....

Joginder will continue to feature in T20's for the specialist image he has created so far. Remains to be seen how he can fare in the ODIs. Difficult to judge is he can be effective in ODIs where one got to bowl 10 overs. I don't think he will make it to the ODI grade just yet!

Seriously Dhoni is an excellent captain with a lot of luck indeed in his favour.
I seriously dunno how Joginder Sharma does it again and again for Dhoni. Jogi is quite predictable in his line.
