I will be relocating to Singapore shortly and am eagerly looking for opportunities for my wife who is an HR execute specializing in learning and development (8yrs of experience).

Since she will not be able to work on the dependant visa, looking for organizations willing to facilitate the visa with the position or offering full time work from home opportunities.

Slightly OT but is it an increasing trend in Malaysia/ Singapore to hire locals? I've attended 3 interviews in the last 1 year for opportunities in Singapore and eventually got rejected because they preferred a local.
