my personal fav is the "Gran Turismo", awesome pairing of man and the machine. Clint Eastwood and his prized Gran Turismo.
This aprt from all the other movies honorably mentioned numerous times in the post.

The movie is not so much about revving than the bond between them. And am a sucker for Eastwood's movies:D

prateek: its gran torino....but an excellent movie. must watch for all..

did anyone watch Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen? there is a Camero, Chevy Beat, Audi R8 and et al. :D

Without a doubt, TOKYO DRIFT!

Hi guys, check out the headers on the Chevy from the movie Two-Lane blacktop. This is a screen grab from the movie.

I don't know about this being a car movie, it was more about animals and africa. But the coolest vehicle for me has to be the jeep in hatari with the hunter seat on the bonnet

It has to be Gone in 60 seconds ( GT Shelby, Need say more! )

And I still go hooked when I see the crane chase scene in Terminator - Rise of the machines.

saw this movie death proof recently, pretty ok car action :P

Death Proof - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

all the James Bond movies have some cool cars

Hi friends, Fast and Furious 4 and Gone in 60 seconds are the best in my ratings.

FF Tokyo Drift & Gone in 60 seconds :thumbs up~ can watch it n' number of times.

Gone in 60 secs (original,1974), the gumball rally, fast & furious series (except tokyo drift), the worlds fastest indian are some of the good car movies.

Don't even mention it Rohan! I'm glad you liked it! It's a lovely movie with a fantastic chase sequence involving the Mustang and the Charger (If I'm not wrong, actually I don't quite remember! :p)

And I loved the inclusion of the amazing Porsche 356 Speedster towards the end! :)

OT: another interesting trivia about Bullit. the director found the sounds of these cars so stimulating that he didnt felt the need for a background soundtrack. in the whole sequence you can hear the orgasmic sounds of both the cars.
