For me it has to be the the chase scene of the Mini in the Bourne Identity(2002).
A change from the usual fashy, fast supercars chases to this beatup mini being chased by the police.
Simply outstanding
The second would be the chase scene from Teminator 2.
John connor (Edward Furlong) being chased by T1000 (Robert Patrick) who is being chased by T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger). The background score made it even more nail biting.

I agree, the white evo driven by the chineese gurl was amazing. It was something awesome which I never seen. Jackie's movie rocks all time. I also love the Transporter series of Jason Stantom, his stunts were mind blowing with the car.
Doesn't anyone like Cannon ball run and Herbie? I loved the vehicles in Mad Max - they were real rugged and macho clap:
I loved all the series of the Fast and the Furious, Gone in 60 seconds and of course Herbie.

Not to forget the spectacular chase sequences from
Ronin.Beautifully shot,especially the one between the E34 5 Series and Peugeot 406 with Robert de Niro at the wheel! The S8,450 SEL,Citroen XM sequence is equally brilliant,with Jean Reno steering the big Benz.The scenes look oh-so-natural!
Also must watch is this Clive Owen,Madonna starrer BMW short film,directed by Guy Ritchie.Just love the E39 M5!Terrific!:)

Love Bug is the one that comes to my mind! :) Its a 1968 movie about a living car.
The Italian Job (2003 version) is my personal favorite. The Mini Cooper chase sequence at the end is worth watching over and again.
My list is endless.
Starting from a movie named The Car, released in late 70's it was about a driverless car which has devil in it, thinks like a devil and it kills people on the road.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

I don't know if someone already mentioned it, but it kinda came to me when I was watching The Expendables - the car Sylvester Stallone drove in the movie Cobra! loved the shifter in that! :)
My favourite Movies are Gone in 60 Seconds, Transporter , Transformer 1 2 and
2 Fast and 2 Furious.
Specially Vin Diesel performance in 2 Fast and 2 Furious is awesome.

@Camon- Hi. I don't think Vin Diesel starred in 2 Fast 2 Furious if I can recall that movie correctly.

that is correct - Vin Diesel does not star in 2 Fast 2 Furious. he does however has a guest appearance in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift - towards the end.
"Duel" is a great movie and so was "Chase"
My most favorite car movie is the original Herbie - just gotta love that bug :D
