A few quick wickets and it now looks like we are back in the game.
I wonder why Mishra is not bowling much.

Dravid out for 3 in the second innings. Luckily rest of the batting is clicking and Dravid's failures aren't hurting the team. But this can't go on forever. I won't be surprised if he announces too his retirement.

One more series, at the max I would say.

India in a spot of bother. Laxman gone for 4.

Lead is 249 and minimum we need to score another 100 runs and play till the end of the day. We should not let Aussies dominate from here.

Hopefully we defend even the lowest score with 8-1 set up

Edit: Ganguly gone for Zero in his last innings. Are we ..............? oh no

Getting slightly nervous now and missing a couple of heartbeats. We have to bat the entire day today; and if Harbhajan can not bowl Aussies out on a pitch where Krejza has got the Indians hopping, something seriously wrong then.

Sachin was run out. Who's mistake that was, Sachin or Dhoni? Anyway Aussies on top here

Can we do it with tailenders?

Well, we did enough. 100+ partnership between Dhoni and Bhajji. And the lead is now 368. C'mon guys, make it 400, and put it beyond Australia's reach.

Touch and go now. If the tail wags we're OK - maybe a craw (unless the bowling really clicks well.
If the batting folds up we're in trouble!

We're in bad shape. Australia need less than 400 and there's about 90 overs left in the game - very much possible.

No doubt its possible , but lets not be too optimistic. Lets not forget that tomorrow is the last day(spinner friendly day)! If Aussie spinner can get some turn why not the Indian spinners. India is in drivers seat IMO. If Hayden does start attacking, Dhoni will do his usual plan to dry up runs & bowl outside the off stump.

Two wickets gone but they have a good run rate going.
The Australians are playing to win this one!
Hope the Indian spinners strike a couple of more times.
Apparently some catches were dropped - uh oh!

Aussies are playing to win, like they used to in their glory days. Going at more than 5 runs an over.

Clarke was a goner on the third ball he faced, plumb LBW, but Bowden didn't give. Anyways it didn't do much damage, out for 22, 20 of which must have come from edges :-)

Dhoni dropped Hayden off Bhajji. Let's see how much will this cost. I feel that once this partnership is broken, Aussies will down the shutter and will play for draw.
