But they need some 3-4 lakh bike here as well, and not start the range with some 7-8 lakh bike. Then its out of reach for most people. But then, they dont seem to have anything in that low range, and I think its highly unlikely that there is an india-specific bike. Fingers crossed!

A member on a prominent Indian biking forum (no prizes for guessing which one) has uploaded pics of the HD launch ceremony. A Night rod and a Fat boy are seen in these pics. V-twin heaven! Apparently the HD guys are inviting Indian HD owners to a convoy ride in New Delhi on Sunday. Route information forthcoming. I wish I was in Delhi!

Cheers,

If that way they can manage to offer the bigger Harleys at around 10-12 lakhs they will see some reasonable volumes in India. As a CBU I reckon the bigger Harleys won't be anything cheaper than 18 lakhs

Pls check your facts. HD already assembles bike outta USA. Thailand is one destination

For a moment it was exposing the directory listing of the server...lol

Looks like they've quickly corrected it.

Trust me, there were no easter eggs there!

Where is the made for India bike? These are all standard offerings in other parts of the world! The 883 Low is the entry level bike and retails at around $7K. Doubt they would price it at 10L!
