Congratulations on the purchase shankar, silver is the safest color and the yeti looks good in it. Good job with the embossed number plates,

Congrats Shankar on purchasing a great car and also to go with your instincts. Not many people can actually think of buying a car which is smaller then what they already have when they 'upgrade'! Yeti is is looking great in silver

hey maverick - enjoy your decision! your instincts wont let you down - when you really like something you should go and buy it.

guna - thanks. Yes. It is no longer about Size being synonymous with Premium etc - if I had really wanted size I could have plonked for XUV500. For our needs the Yeti is just perfect. I know in my heart of hearts I always wanted one right from when it was launched. Perhaps that Jeremy Clarkson endorsement just tipped the scales for me..I dont know really. But it is a fantastic vehicle - fit, finish and man, that sound system is something else entirely. Am very glad I took my time on making this decision and executing the same.

the couple of pics in this show the understatement vis a vis the larger Scorpio. also significantly smoother and slick-er looking than the more purposeful, jeep-ish looking Scorp.

Congrats Shankar. I understand it is a lot of money but I have always felt Skoda offers better VFM relatively and they generally hit the sweet-spot for plushness, features, practicality and price.

I wish you a very hassle free ownership and hope it will be money well spent for many years to come.
