What was the average that you were getting before? Also was this driving in the crazy bombay traffic?

Hi,

It used to give around 10-10.5kmpl prior to this under hard driving with ac and around 11-12 in normal driving. I get 14-15 kmpl on highway driving normally.

Hi Guys,

Just finished testing the power box on my 2 year old Santro Xing. The results are as under.

With Power Box Off and completely stock car on 175/65/13 tyre swith stock rims. 0-100 kms - 16.4secs(as per ACI)

With Power Box On - 13.5 secs(as per Gtech pro)

The results on both the Getz and Santro have been more than satisfactory which is evident from the timings. Hav enot checked FE as I did only a few runs to check for timings. Waiting for someone to allow me to test on other cars.

PS - My santro has a 3" conical K&N filter. No other mods.

Will take a few days more unfortunately. This is mainly due to non availability of cars for testing. Product should be available for sale in approx 2 weeks time once I have my dealer network in place.

Hey Bro almost 3 sec faster with that box is just amazing !!! what was 0-100 timing with power box Off ? instead of relying on "as per ACI" and checking on gtech pro, dont you think it will give us more accurate timing ? I am wondering what time i will get in my honda using your product

Hi Ford,

The reason I am using ACI timing is that it is accepted by all. As far as my car is concerned I will post timings with box off tomorrow. I did not use it as a benchmark since it has a conical filter with a intake hence cannot be called stock.

As far as the results are concerned I was expecting a better result since the santro is a naturally peppy car vis a vis the Getz. I am confident of getting results between 2-3 secs improvement with box on in most cars.
