The car in the Photograph is a 1953 Morris Minor which was owned by my late greatgrandfather R.R Thimmaji Rao garu,this car was bought from Addisons Madras in 1953 and was there till 1972.The man who is holding the child is my grandfather

My grandfather had a 1938 Opel Kadett convertible and a 1945 Packard saloon, a Triumph bike. He was one of the few doctors in the Raigad district back then, and extensively toured Konkan in those cars, often driving himself late nights ( we had a chauffeur but he was , let’s say, less adventurous ). It must have been quite the experience!

A most valuable and lovely photo of an unlicensed Chrysler Windsor Convertible followed by an equally valuable and lovely Plymouth Cranbrook Convertible. I'm thinking the third auto is a General Motors product. Thank you for the moment of remembering. Those were my teenage years and cars were all important.
