Royal Enfield Hunter 350 could come in three variants

The Hunter is rumoured to be its most affordable model in the 350cc range.

Royal Enfield is set to launch the Hunter 350 later this week. According to a new leak, the bike could be offered in three variants: Retro, Metro and Metro Rebel.

The Hunter 'Retro' is said to be equipped with spoked wheels. It has a front disc brake and a 6-inch drum brake at the rear along with single-channel ABS. The bike also gets a regular tail lamp and a basic instrument console and a Classic-style switchgear.

The Hunter 'Metro' variant comes with alloy wheels and disc brakes at both ends, along with dual-channel ABS. This variant gets an LED tail lamp, round turn indicators and Meteor-style switchgear and instrument console.

All three variants are likely to be offered in unique colour schemes. The top-spec 'Metro Rebel' variant could come in 3 colours: Rebel Black, Rebel Blue and Rebel Red.

The Hunter 350 is based on Royal Enfield's J platform and is rumoured to be its most affordable model in the 350cc range. The bike is expected to be powered by the company's familiar 349.34cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 20 BHP and 27 Nm. This is the same engine that powers the Meteor and Classic models.
