Simple Since the load carried by them is less they use a single tyre for the trailors. With total of 8 cars they may not weigh more than 12 tons.

3516 over 3516

Shot them today evening.
Wondering how the owner is saving fuel cost on a return Trip.
ALL 3516 over a 3516.

Even I thought the same way when I had a first view.
But look at the trucks carrying them. They look similar in cab design etc.
So I had concluded after that.

Actually I have seen this kind of arrangement earlier, when I was on my way to Tirupathi, near Chittor check post. The vehicle was a ALL 4018 with NewGen Cabs, and it has met with an accident and so it was carried in the same way - Prime mover over the flat bed trailor.
Very Strange and complicated but it looks easy from what we see.

Here is a picture of Saizer Trasports 4018 fleet which had earlier met with the accident.

This tipper is not having Proximity mirrors.

Are these mirrors not compulsory.

Of course proximity mirror is mandatory as per CMVR for trucks above
16.2 T GVW. But since this a proto I believe its not fitted.

I have seen no better truck than the Kraz. It could cruise through the sand dunes of Pokhran or the slushy farms of Punjab towing a 10 ton Radar... its V8 diesel engine drives 257HP with ease... Was so fun to drive the Russian giant....

I think Indian army uses Tatra and Ural trucks for heavy off roads, never seen or heard of Karz in India.

Tatra there are many, had seen Ural trucks in Chandighar - Amristar route few years back.
