I am using Lumia 640 not the XL, Using face book and what's app over wifi and 3G as well. Don't find any such issues on my handset, try uninstalling what's app and then install a fresh copy if it does not work try and reset your phone.

For Face book I hope you are using built-in phone application.

For screenshot press power and volume up button together for more than 2 seconds

Will do it as soon as I have a faster net connection. Ships wifi is too slow.

Now XDA Developers had managed to side-load the entire Google Play Services, including the Play Store, on to a number of Windows 10 Mobile-powered Lumia smartphones

This should be great news, right? I just moved from Android to Windows and though I am absolutely in Love with my Lumia 640XL, I do miss a couple of apps from Android/iOS, especially the fact that the same app on windows is not as refined or feature filled as its Android/iOS cousin.

Any idea, when Windows 10 for Mobile would be released in India?

No that was something I edited after posting, but if you read few posts back about project Astoria. One can install android applications on windows phone

I am not able to update my win 10 preview to build 10512. The download is stuck at 0%. but I can see from my router stats and data sense that some download is happening. I tried restarting several times, no avail. Any help?

Much awaited WhatsApp update is here. Many features and emojis added.

WhatsApp Version 2.12.112.0

Mark chats as unread or read
Added several new emoji. You can also tap and hold on some emoji to choose different color
You can select multiple messages in chat and forward or delete them
When you receive a contact card, you can now quickly message or save the contact if they're on WhatsApp
Lower the data usage used during WhatsApp calls in Settings > Chats and Calls
You can now enable or disable sound and vibrate for in-app notifications
Choose a ringtone for WhatsApp Calls

I'm facing a very peculiar issue with my Lumia 730.

After dialling a call from Sim 2, I am unable to hear ringtone & voice of person on the other end after the call is picked. The person on other end can hear me loud and clear.

There is no issue with Sim 2 incoming calls, and no issue whatsoever with incoming or outgoing calls on Sim 1. So this definately rules out hardware issue.

Has anyone faced such issue?

Please suggest how can I remedy it?

Check if your phone's OS is up to date. If it is then your only option could be to try doing a Hard Reset.

The OS is up to date.

Is there any alternative option other than hard reset? I will have to first backup all data before doing a hard reset, it will be too time consuming.

Have you explored all the various SIM related settings? You could try swapping out the SIMs with one another.

I tried swapping the sim, the issue persisted.

However, when I took the sim out and used it in another phone, it worked fine.

Very confused on what is the issue!

Have you tried first sim in second slot ? if yes then does it work ?

Is that particular sim card manually cut ? I have read Lumia's are sensitive to manually cut sim card.
