The following is the quote I got back in June.

3rd year: 13,300. It was 15k when we bought the car.
4th year: 23,111. And 24,165 with RSA. This has come down slightly from last time.

I have an option to extend before the third anniversary. So, will wait and take a call. Who knows, maybe Ford will reduce it a bit more. The quote you have is lower already.

I guess I really wasn't expecting anything above 25k! Either way, I'm gonna go with the 3rd year warranty for now. Thanks for your inputs.

Has anyone replaced their wing mirrors yet? Some idiot in a taxi crashed into my right wing mirror and sped off! Need to replace the entire unit. Quoted 6350 for the unit with mirror and 1000 or so for the outer plastic cowl. Painting and labour extra. Is the quoted amount reasonable?
Slightly off topic, seriously considering installing a dashcam.

Yeah, the prices seem about right. Cost me 1200 for the plastic cover plus painting when I changed it in April last year. And they quoted me 6.5-7k for the replacement of the whole unit for the vibration issue I had( I didn't do it though ).The second quote is inclusive of the plastic cover.

Just came back from a trip to Coorg for new year's.
My Fiesta is remapped by ToT and produces about 115hp, 240Nm as quoted by them and not really dyno tested.
The Fiesta was much better than before the remap in straight line acceleration and in gear acceleration too, but where the real charisma of this car lies is turns of western ghats. Those twists of NH-275 were the real playground for a real Ford. My friends in a Zoom hired Amaze were not able to keep up understandably, but I happened to encounter a 5 series 2ltr diesel that was FAST but it was easy for me to keep that car in my rear view mirror. 😀
I just wonder how a Ecoboost Fiesta hatch would behave on those roads, and how about a Focus 1.4L Ecoboost?

Yes, that's correct. The Fiesta is parked in the small ground in front of the Idukki arch dam.

Where did you see it? As far as I know, Ford India has stopped production a year or two ago.

Here is the thread for the 2018 Fiesta. Ford has released four variants, but there is no sedan now. It looks highly unlikely too.

Hi there. With 15 inchers the Fiesta's stiff suspension let you know about each imperfection in the road. In Indian road conditions, I think it will become bone shattering with these 17 inchers. I won't even consider 16" for this car. I had got my car's tyres swapped with Yoko Earth 1's after 1 week of ownership and the softer ride was evident. I will say it was one of the better decisions I have ever taken.

If the PCD is the same. Not sure if you want to upgrade from 15" ( I presume ) to 17". You will have to go really low profile on the tyres and they are not good for our Indian conditions. You will have a whole lot of speedometer/ODO calibration issues as well.
