Is it confirmed that the New Ford Endeavor will launch in the next two months ?

Pricing also matters according to cost conscious Indian buyers. Ford must price its Endeavour competitively to win hearts of Indians. They would definitely win if they are able to create ecosystem of good resale, maintenance free & cheap spares.

That's fantastic!
I can see a differential lock button too.
All in all its the Australian version which we should pray to come to India.
The following are the improvements over the Thailand version.
Rear Disc brakes
Rear Differential lock
Ground clearance:223 mm
And last but not the least a 4x4M/T 😍

Yes, in fact today itself i got a call from Ford saying that are you interested in the Endeavour ? I asked them old or new ? And they said the new is launching during Diwali, so i asked them why are you trying to sell the old one to me, haha.

True, but i feel this time the Endeavour vs Fortuner battle is going to be evenly matched specifically because Ford has learnt a lot after launching so many products in the Indian market, be it the pricing or the service bit.

With Creta getting 190 mm GC I'm sure Toyota wouldn't want to dare launch the 193mm version, so be positive we will get the 223 mm only

Do I see ESP on/off button on the right in blue? Toyota dare not exclude this very important feature this time when we are sure its gonna cost the remaining arm and the leg too. Add 8 airbags to the wish list too.

Re: New Toyota Fortuner caught on test in Thailand

The India bound New Fortuner is expected to have better interiors as shown at autocarindia website. Please see photograph and link for all the details.

Also, the launch would be sooner than expected. Deliveries likely to start from January 2016.

You need to check the autocarindia website. I already shared the link.
At website, all photographs are of New Fortuner.

Hilux may have the same interiors though.

Well, LionX is correct. This is the Hilux dashboard, looks like ACi mixed up the pics.

The Hilux has the tablet stuck on the dash, whereas the Fortuner has two vertical 'things' on either side of the central console.

Does anyone have an idea regarding Toyota's pricing strategy for the new Fortuner?
Will this already overpriced SUV become even more pricier?
Coz if it does then the new Endeavour would be worth considering even after taking into account the cheaper maintenance of the Toyota.

Re: New Toyota Fortuner caught on test in Thailand

Extremely disappointing rear drum brakes. All its competitors such as the everest MUX montero sport, etc already have rear discs. Better hope that you guys get the rear disc model, also in my country the philippines
