Fuelio App. It's available for both Android and IOS. I am using this since Feb-22 first with Android and now with IOS. The app has much better interface in android compared to IOS.

Calculation: Old school Tankful method, no apps.

The overall trip FuelEfficiency (FE) was 21kmpl,...

All MID figures - plan to check FE by a *LFI-to-LFI fuel fillup.
*LFI - Low Fuel Indicator warning on dashboard.

After the Idukki trip when LFI popped up, I reset the tripmeter & fuelled up for ₹970 (9.01 litres). LFI next came up after 218kms, translating to a 24kmpl FE, which was over 175kms of NH66 driving between Kochi & Haripad (mostly 2 lane road, lots of congestion due to overhead flyover construction etc) & remaining 43kms in Kochi city.
The figure was in line with the average trip FE of 24.xx displayed on the MID.

The car was driven according to road conditions, in one particular stretch did 72 kms in just 29 minutes. In some area it took 2.5 hours to cross 120 Kms.

I have the habit of filling up the tank when 50% of fuel remaining, so the calculations were checked multiple times.

I have had my 2010 Mini one for about three months now. I have done close to 4000 km. I am very pleasantly surprised by its fuel efficiency. I am getting about 17,5 km to the liter. When I do mostly motorways it goes up to 20 km to the liter. This thing is even more fuel efficient than our Ford Fiesta!

Of course it drinks diesel when pushed hard.
