Fiat 500 Launch- 18th July - Now Launched

I saw a pink Fiat 500 in a private parking lot very close to Mahalaxmi Temple. It also had an Arnage and a S-Class for company. The Arnage had very unusual registration plates. Couldn't take any pics because of security guards around the building.

That Arnage belongs to an Embassy and is not on Indian plate.

Exactly the pink 500 I mentioned in my previous post. I guess this pic has been snapped near the Haji Ali stretch, courtesy the background banner. I saw this car around the same place near the Mahalaxmi Temple. The 500 looks cute in baby pink.

This is the same car you saw. It is used by the ladies of the house of someone i know. The S class also belongs to the same person. He does not own an Arnage, but used to own a CFS, which is sold now.

The F500 is a very good looking car, even better than the Beetle I'd say.

A very sweet little car. And better value than the Beetle too.
If only Fiat had the brand value to get these selling in India. <sigh!>
How I envy the Europeans who can buy one of these for about the same price as a Punto.

you have actually spoken exactly what I wanted to say.. Man this car would have been amazing at that price point. I hope that Fiat just start selling more cars rather than ensuring that one of their iconic cars is priced at a huge premium due to taxes.. I am sure that even at 7 lacs this car would go into waiting.

if its priced at around 7L, i would really love to book this car no matter if they have a huge waiting period. why is that Fiat not trying CKD way to bring down the price?

i always dreamt of owning one but not without a test drive. We tried several times in last one year but the uninterested fiat ....err tata dealers could not help us catch a glimpse of the car leave apart a test drive. I still wish to own one but in march they have diiscontinued the imports of this car. Looking forward to the relaunch or i will have to wait for mini
