Massa on pole by 0.6 sec from Hamilton! Tommorow is gonna be a stonker of a race! BTW Singapore from the outside looks gorgeous !
But somehow the incamera and coverage makes the track feels like basement racing aka Tokyo drift!

Yes 5.30 pm IST

That was really bad from Star sports for not showing Qualifying live.
Even the delayed telecast had lot of action cut

Anyway, It is good to see both Ferraris in top 3. It would have been game over for Hamilton if the Redbulls had managed good laps in their last run of Q2.
Also another brilliant performance by Vettel. Beating his teammate comfortably and quicker than the main Redbull team.
I think we have a cracker of a race coming tomorrow

P.S - Me being a Kimi fan would hope he wins

Vettel slipped almost unnoticed into 7th place on the grid. To give you an idea, Webber qualified his redbull in 13th and his teammate Bourdais is in 17th position. As also Kubica, who managed to out qualify Kovaleinnen. Waiting for some rain now...

Coming to predictions..I feel its gonna be Massa, Kimi and Hamilton. The ferraris favour warm temperature. Might be a boring race similar to Valencia coz of the street circuit and little or no overtaking oppurtunities...

What do you guys feel?

There's no doubt Massa's running lighter than Hamilton in the race, but many people are saying it's only a couple of laps worth of fuel less.

It's a good thing Kimi is behind Hamilton, or Hamilton would have had a hard time passing Massa.

And Heidfeld lost 3 places because of the incident with Barrichelo before the pit lane in Q1, so he starts 9th now, thereby bumping Vettel up to 6th (yay), followed by Glock and Rosberg.

I'm really hoping Vettel gets another podium in this race, although overtaking is very hard on this circuit.

I am sure theres no podium for kimi. It will be the usual Wall or a blown engine for kimi.
Looks like Massa might just take this one with Hamilton 2nd and Kubica 3rd.

The very very historic race is on!
Massa is leading and had gained about 6 seconds + lead on Hamilton before the safety cars came out due to Nelson's crash.

Edit: Another pit incident for Ferrari. I don't know what will be the outcome of this.

Whats Massa done?
flying off with the fuel hose - was he scared of kimi touching him from behind?

In the replay, it was clear that Ferrari's signalling system flashes the green light to Massa & that is why he took off. Wasn't Massa's fault but unfortunate nonetheless. Cost him the race.

So, Ferrari has been making this mistake repeatedly.
It's time they stop trying too hard and taking risks at the edges. Now that their drivers are loosing the podium, it won't be long before they fall behind in the title race.

Seems like Alonso is going for it. Where's Danlalalalalalan? I see a happy face somewhere.

A thoroughly deserved win for Alonso. After seeing his performance in the free practice sessions, I thought he would be the man to watch out for but my heart went out for him when his car failed in qualifying. He said "I'll need a miracle" & he got one.

Another forgettable race for Ferrari. Kimi can forget this year's championship & do his bit to help Massa.
