@ Deepug - Thanks for the heads up. Will take this issue up with the service point.

@ Tanmay_ambre - The build quality is NOT comparable to the Octavias. Period. That said, its on par if not better than many cars at this price point.
As for your queries, here are the answers.
1) Doors don't shut with a European "thunk". But zero rattles.
2) Like all common rail engines, cold start will wake up your neighbors. But things quieten down as the engine warms up. If the windows are wound up, its no issues.
3) None so far.
4) Paint and finish is pretty good. Though my car has collected a lot of dents.
5) AC is very effective. Chills the interiors fast.

Hope this helps.

@ Beanstalk_230 - How is your car doing? There hasn't been any updates from you in quite a while.

@ Sudarshansarma - HIDs start from around Rs. 6000. But, without projectors I don't think the HIDs will be too effective.

hey guys .. had been busy for quite a while now

nothing much from my side as of now, just that my car has finally and at last completed 3K cheers: and its running fine. just hoping that it completes 4K before going for its 2nd service which will be coming up soon in march.

As about the diesel i have switched to IOC normal coz all the 3 reliance are a bit in the outskirts of the city or rather are off my route. Is IOC normal diesel fine for the car OR should i use Xtramile instead?

Haven't been able to go for ICE hunt even and even that has been postponed for quite a while.

signing off for now
cheers

Around 40k. The ideal upsizing being 205/50/16
