| ![]() Had given my S Cross Diesel ( July 2019) for its 4th service...ie 20,000 kms. The SA told me that the oil will be changed plus all filters, injector cleaning etc. Total cost quoted for the same is around 10k plus GST = Approx 13k. Is this fine? I find it on the higher side. I never paid this much for getting my Civic serviced! This is Prem Motors, Okhla - Delhi. |

![]() I was told to get EGR cleaning done by TR Shawney at 20K, there is no mention of it in the manual and they're just trying to rip you off. If you stick to the manual, the service should not cost you more than 7-8k (Service, filter replacement, oil change).

| ![]() Even I hadn't heard of it being done at such low mileage but the SA was adamant. Ultimately, I refused to pay more than 9k for the service. In the final invoice, injector cleaning wasn't mentioned. I called up and asked, what happened to that? And the SA said I checked up and it's not needed at 20k. Right. I gave a scathing feedback. Yet to hear back. |

| ![]() Crossed 11,111km today in the 11th month of owning the SCross...number milestone! I do miss my earlier car - 2012 Vento 1.6 diesel - for the sheer driving fun but must say the SCross is way easier (and cheaper) to maintain and the GC surely keeps my mind at ease especially in the potholes and uneven speed-breakers ridden Mumbai roads. Considering a remap to amp up the power. I have read quite a bit about wolf moto remap for this 1.3mjd but the more I read the more confused I get (especially with the prospect of the warranty getting voided). Does any SCross owner in Mumbai/Pune have the wolf remapped SCross? And while at it, I’ll try my luck a bit more - anyone with the switchable remap in a 1.3 SCross? |

That being said, it has led to more smoking under hard acceleration which would be something you should consider. I love the power, but end up enjoying the added drive-ability more (thankfully smoke free as compared to full throttle). Would recommend them for the 1.3 as well.

Cabin light (Dome light) - Rear Passenger - 1 No https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Removing the parking lamp holders / interior bulb(s) is very straight forward and simple. I did not take any video as it was very difficult to manage the replacement and videography all alone. ![]() a) Parking light. Turn the holders counterclockwise - [CCW when facing from the the car cabin side.] May have to use a little force if not removed it for long time. You can use an adjustable player to hold and turn it if it's difficult with hand. b) Cabin lights. Use a flat tip screw-driver and just pick it from the small groves on the side. the glass cover will come out. It is just press fit after replacing the bulbs. Just see these youtube videos as reference. (It's same for S Cross.) Last edited by Sree73 : 4th September 2020 at 18:07.
