Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

If we were to look at it positively, then it means that TATA have managed to evince a LOT of interest - so much that they can't handle the web traffic. Hope this translates to a similar situation in the showrooms.

Thinking of it from the Conspiracy Theory angle - "Competitors sabotaged the launch"

Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

Seems, we NRIs are supposed to wait longer! I would rather wait for the timely updates in team-bhp!

I am sure you've already figured this out, but just in case this helps, try changing the system time to a timezone/time in India (I can confirm that it works, once you've changed the time). They seem to be fetching the system time from the browser.

Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

Tata Motors is all set to launch their new SUV, the Hexa in India on January 18. But ahead of its launch, our sources say, that Tata Motors has already received close to 3000 bookings for the Hexa SUV. Tata Motors commenced with the bookings for the Hexa at an initial amount of Rs 11,000. The all new Tata Hexa is based on the company's new IMPACT philosophy, which is also seen on the Tata Tiago.

Read the full report here.

Heavy steering is mentioned in our Team-BHP review as well as in the Autocar review, Hence what i felt seems to be exactly the same.

So the leaked price of Rs. 12.3 lakhs was not a marketing gimmick perhaps. It might be a genuine slip-up.

Anyway, the base price at least is good enough to draw the crowds to the showroom IMHO. Good on Tata!

Hello RavinAvi & All,

Are these prices still a SpoilerAlert or are they the official prices?

The Tatamotors.com webpage has few more links to the webcast (Have not browsed them myself - Office Firewall restrictions).

Or it was a gimmick to make people feel thaaat 11.99 is a good price to startw with.

All said and done, I do believe that Tata has got the pricing more or less on target. With a good product at a decent price, I think they should make it this time round.

All the best Tata

Edit: Didnt read you full post. I agree haaving seen now that its 12.3 ex showroom in Mumbai.
