Same feeling here! But looking at two more consecutive bookings right after your post, i have my doubts!

Congratulations to the members who booked! Looking forward to the pics!

I have not included krishnakarthik1 as he has not confirmed his purchase.

(apologies in advance if I have misspelt any call sign/ user name)

At the very least i can conclude that this car is popular in this forum.

+1 to that, I am also awaiting delivery of my Arizona Blue XTA. Expected Tue

Crossed my mind too, Hexa is indeed popular in this forum, the numbers for Aug17 sales should speak if it is popular with wider masses also or we at TBHP form a skewed representation of the general population.

As a side note find the XUV500 thread nearly silent, wonder if it will reflect in the Aug17 sales number too.

Even if you decide to sell the stock alloys and go for the mono grey ones, I reckon your friend should keep one alloy for himself of his own spare
Any idea whether the warranty void if we opt to do that way.

Quoting myself, I have seen 4 more new Hexas (without a number) in my area in the past 3 days. And unlike earlier, 1 of them was XM/XMA and two of them were granite grey in color.

A white Compass has also been delivered in my locality.

Also, have you thought of getting the roof painted in black, like the Jeep Compass dual coloured trims. Would look good and add contrast to this shade. Just food for thought.

And by the way, congrats on buying a great vehicle. Happy motoring.
Thank you. A little preoccupied currently, rest assured that as & when I get time, I'll post more pics of the rare to find platinum silver Hexa.
Exactly my thoughts regarding the dual tone look but not right now. After some time when I am looking to spice the looks up a bit I'll definitely go for it.

The dealer also offered me matte black side steps, they didn't have the other ones in stock. They are definitely OEM, so you can go ahead if you like them better then the chrome ones.

Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

Hexas in Bhubaneswar are a regular sights. Everyday I see a new Hexa. Feels good see a deserving product find a place in many garages across the country.

Word-of-mouth seems to be at work here, and ofcourse the VFM factor. I hope I had the money to book one. If Hexa is so good, how exciting will be the 2018 All New Gen Safari?

These are very nice, if they are sturdy enough, go for it. The Bangalore dealers seem to have ones with a lot of chrome bling

Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

Any one opted for mono grey alloy wheel for their Hexa. If yes, could you please share the pics. Same way any one opted for tan seat cover, if yes, pic please.

Re: Tata Hexa : Official Review

August Sales figures are out!

Tata UV Sales have risen to 2878, primarily led by Hexa. The corresponding figure for last month was 2808.

In July Hexa alone was 1564. It would be logical to expect similar numbers for August too. Forum members are personally responsible for more than 1% of all India sales!!

Now the next question is how the price increase post GST cess hike would affect sales next month.

The chrome one seems to be sturdier per accessories person in charge at dealer, have seen it installed on a vehicle for delivery. This is the model shown in the accessories catalogue, pdf. But in my opinion has a slight wider projection and can hit during turns in tight spaces like an apartment basement parking with pillars too close to each other.

Three Ladies took a Tata Hexa on a journey from Coimbatore to London, from March to June 2017. That was a commendable journey, for them and the car.
